The American Express Community Stadium as it is know for sponsorship reasons was opened in July 2011 and was built at a cost of £93 Million. The Amex replaces Brighton's former temporary home the Withdean Stadium where Brighton played all their home games since leaving the Goldstone Ground in 1995.
