Celtic Park is the home stadium of current SPL champions Celtic F.C. and is located in the Parkhead area of Glasgow. Celtic Park is the largest stadium in Scotland, with a maximum capacity of 60,832. Celtic Park was extensively redeveloped between 1994–98 to bring the stadium inline with the Taylor Report which called for all stadiums in the UK to be all-seated. Instead of adding seats on the old terracing Celtic Park was effectively rebuilt from scratch with only the old main stand remaining at a cost of £40 million, this made Celtic Park at the time the biggest club stadium in Britain.
