Stadion Miejski Wroclaw is a football stadium in Wroclaw, Poland. Construction of Stadion Miejski Wroclaw began in April 2009 and was completed in June 2011. The stadium is the home of the 2011/12 Polish Ekstraklasa Champions Slask Wroclaw and has a seating capacity of 42,771 spectators. Stadion Miejski Wroclaw is one of the eight venues for UEFA Euro 2012 in Poland and Ukraine. Three group matches are to be played in Wroclaw. The total cost of construction for the new Stadion Miejski is 729,7 million Polish Zloty (PLN). WKS Slask Wroclaw moved into the stadium for the start of the 2011/12 Ekstraklasa season.
